Education

The amount of information about invasive species and how they affect habitats can be overwhelming. We've compiled some of our favorite resources for you.  Whether you are a beginner or an expert, you are welcome to join us for our HIP monthly meeting or on a committee to support invasive species control efforts in Hamilton County.  Be sure to join our mailing list to get updates and more invasives info!

Report Invasive Species/Eddmaps
EDDMapS
Invasive species do not respect property, county, or state lines. To control invasive species, we must understand what is where and we do that via reporting.  The most helpful way you can report invasive species is through the EDDMapS website or smartphone app.  You can also view distribution maps for different invasives across the state and nation.
